With a great location, south of Port St Lucie Blvd and in the sought after area of Sandpiper bay We are east of the St Lucie river and not far from US1 and all that is along there.
This large and comfortable space with the great access through the four sets of Patio doors onto the pool area from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom and second bedroom as well as having access from the family / cabana bath this home is highly focused on the gorgeous heated pool with its own built in Hot Tub!!! Sandpiper Bay is Port St Lucie's first community. Whilst it is not a gated community it has its own highly regarded public access golf course run by the city, and a great 19th hole. The street is a quiet no outlet street, in a great neighborhood which is lit at night and of course has minimal traffic. The Saints Golf course, Club Med (for day passes) and St Lucie Botanical gardens are features of Sandpiper bay area. The beaches of Jensen Beach are 5 miles as the crow flies, and an easy 15 minutes if you take the car.
The Mets training round First Data Field / Clover Park is not far away - Just 20 minutes!

Whilst the property is in a very quiet neighbourhood access to major routes is easy. US1 is about 3 minutes away to the east, and Florida Turnpike and US1 are 10 and 15 minutes respectively. PLS Blvd is about .4 mile away and provides easy access east and west through Port St Lucie. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway and garage will be available for 1 car at least. Public transport is available throughout Port St Lucie and the nearest stop is about 0.7 mile away.

There is no smoking inside the property, however you may smoke on the patio and outside fo the property.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION
AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM FLORIDA VACATION HOME
REGARDING OUR RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

Our Valued Guests:

We would like to assure you that the health and safety of our guests, team and neighbourhood community remains Florida Vacation Home’s top priority. As a trusted vacation rental management company, we are committed to doing what is best for all concerned – our guests, our team and our company itself – during this time of uncertainty.

According to our rental agreement, guests may cancel for any reason more than 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund. Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, we are willing to waive change fees for those who decide to reschedule stay dates.

For those needing to cancel within the 30 days prior to arrival, our standard cancellation policy states the rental is technically nonrefundable. Our traditional advice/ fail safe for necessary cancellations within this period is travel insurance, however many travel insurance providers do not consider the “fear of travel” as a covered event unless you have purchased separate “cancel for any reason” insurance. Therefore, guests are left without many options during this time period unless they themselves do contract the Coronavirus and prove it with medical records.

Knowing this, we are choosing to work alongside our concerned guests and guests traveling from impacted areas on a reasonable solution. Though their funds paid will not be refundable, Guests scheduled to arrive within 30 days who request a cancellation due to the Coronavirus outbreak, will be offered the option to defer their stay at the same property within 12 months. We are not charging a deferment fee. If a guest chooses to travel during a higher rate period, they can expect to pay the difference, however, no rate adjustments will be made during lower rate times.

If you are an incoming guest needing to cancel due to the Coronavirus pandemic, please send an email to us via our contacts link with your Reservation #, your reservation dates, and cancellation request. If you are choosing to defer the stay, please refer to the calendar on the listing page for future stay dates that are available.

Florida Vacation Home wants everyone to feel reassured during this uncertain time, however, Port Saint Lucie needs you and our visitors to come back and support our team, our homeowners and our community as we rebound from this potential pandemic.
