Is the house in a gated community? – Our properties are located on cul-de-sacs in quiet residential areas, which are not Gated Communities.

Will I have the entire place to myself? – Yes. Each house is self contained, including the gardens and private swimming pool.

Is the garage available? – The garage at Bordeaux is available for your use during your stay. The garage at Lullaby is not available at present.

Is the garden fenced? – The rear garden at Lullaby is fully fenced to 6 foot. The garden at Bordeaux is not fenced.

Are Pets allowed? – Yes, we welcome well behaved pets. At time of booking, please inform us of the type and number of pets that are travelling with you. For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture, or that you bring covers / blankets to protect the furniture. Please also clear up after your pet if they use the garden to go potty.
We do not charge any additional fees or deposits, however, you will be charged for the cost of any repairs required if your pet causes any damage to the property, or if additional cleaning is required.

Is the pool heated? – The pool is heated from December 1st to April 30th. If you require pool heating outside these dates, it is available at an extra fee. Please contact us here for further information.

Is the kitchen fully equipped? – Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with major and small appliances, including coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, slow cooker, blender. Pots, pans, utensils and cutlery are also provided. There is ample flatware, dinnerware and drinkware for 6 persons.

Is there a hair dryer? – Yes, a hairdryer is provided.

Are there laundry facilities? – Yes, there is a HE washer and dryer for your use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Is there a grill? – Yes, there is a 4-burner gas grill. Should the gas bottle run out during your stay, please get a refill. We are happy to reimburse the cost of the gas refill if you email us a copy of the receipt.

Are towels provided? – Yes, we provide bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and pool towels for use at the property. We ask you to please bring your own beach towels (and pet towels, if you travel with pets).

Are beach chairs and umbrellas provided? – Whilst we do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas, there are usually some at the property, which have been left by previous guests. You are welcome to use them. Should they become damaged, please consider replacing them.
